Use of E-mail should be limited to administrative tasks (eg. billing and insurance, test scheduling, prescription refills) and not for medical advice or urgent problems.
Your E-mail is not secure and could be viewed by malicious individuals. The patient assumes responsibility for breach of confidentiality for any medical information in E-mail messages.
Since E-Mail is only checked by SGFP office staff twice a day, do not use E-mail for urgent problems.
Always include a phone number where you can be contacted.
