1. Download
   • Download and install the trial version.
2. Register
   • When you launch the program, write down the Registration number displayed.
   • The Registration number can also be found by selecting Help, About.
   • Send your User Name and Registration number to us using our Order Form.
   • User names and Registration numbers are case sensitive.
3. Pay
   • You may pay by check or by credit card.
   • Check:

   • Credit Card:
     Enter your Credit Card info on our Fax Form and Fax to 717-845-5181
     or Phone Credit Card info to 717-845-4846 (Spring Garden Family Practice)
4. Unlock
   • When payment is received, you will be emailed an unlock code which allows the program to function beyond the trial period.
   • The unlock code only works for one PC with its unique registration number. You may install on multiple PCs and request unlock codes for each PC up to the maximum number that you are qualified for.
