Amy M. Hake PA-C
Ms. Amy Hake is a graduate of Lock Haven University Physician Assistant Program. While at Lock Haven, she was awarded many honors and scholarships including:

- C Michael Steadman Jr Memorial PA Scholarship
- Dr Victoria Romeo Memorial Scholarship
- Lock Haven University of PA Academic Honor’s Scholarship
- PA Students Working Against Tobacco Scholarship

She also worked as a volunteer raising money for the American Cancer Society and participated in PA Students Working against Tobacco. As a fulltime provider, she will be available for visits starting mid-June. Amy is a native of Dover. We are pleased to have her join our team.
